FROM THE HEREFORD DIRECTION:

From Hereford take the road towards Ledbury and turn off right when signposted towards Fownhope (B4224). Follow this road out, go through Hampton Bishop, over the river at Mordiford and on into Fownhope. Go through Fownhope and continue on the B4224 for another 2.5 miles, The Falcon House is on the right immediately after the turning to Brockhampton. Be careful as you turn into the drive (white gate) and pull across the oncoming traffic.

FROM THE ROSS-ON-WYE/MOTORWAY DIRECTION:

We are about 5 miles from the M50 junction at Ross and a bit further from the A40 at Lea.

From the M50, follow the signs for Ledbury taking the A449. After about 2 miles Fownhope (B4224) is signposted to the left, take this left turn and turn left again at the give way. Follow the B4224 through How Caple, pass the Grange Hotel on your left, pass Caple Ltd on your left and after about 500 yards you will see two barns and a Georgian House on your left. We are the house, with a blue front door. At the end of the house is a drive with a white gate, please open the gate and drive in.

From the A40, follow the road from Gloucester towards Ross-on-Wye. The B4224 is signposted Upton Bishop to the right very soon after the B4221 at Lea. Take the B4224 and follow it towards Fownhope. It takes you under the motorway, through Upton Bishop and across the A449. Follow the B4224 through How Caple, pass the Grange Hotel on your left, pass Caple Ltd on your left and after about 500 yards you will see two barns and a Georgian House on your left. FINDING US FROM THE WYE VALLEY WALK

From the vantage point at Capler Camp, turn right onto the road. Follow the road past the Parish Hall at Brockhampton and turn left at the crossroads. Follow this road past Ladyridge Farm, and Brockhampton Church, turning right at the telephone box. At the give way turn left and follow the lane down to the B4224 road. The Falcon House is the first property on your right, come through the white gate.
